Oh, hi there!
So nice of you to take the time to peruse my portfolio. Before diving in, I’d like to tell you a little about my background. I’m a Canadian nomad who has spent many years avoiding the cold by living and teaching English around the world. I’ve always felt deeply affected by negative user experiences and my beginnings in customer service sparked a passion for treating people with empathy so that I was always sending people away with a smile. It was no surprise then that when I discovered almost all day-to-day experiences could be designed, I wanted in! One year later and I now hold a Certificate in UX Design from CareerFoundry with a specialization in UI design. I look forward to honing my skills in the real world! When I’m not carefully crafting enjoyable experiences for people, you can find me singing karaoke, catching a comedy show or discussing the latest book I read with my book club buddies.
